Rental Conditions
- The tenant is responsible for damage (normal wear disregarded)
- Tenant shall not use the property for anything other than agreed in the contract, i.e. rent to others, have several inherent etc.
- We as landlords have the right to terminate the contract if guest do not behave, is messy, creates damage, if the accommodation is not used for its intended purpose. The rental amount will not be refunded, all damage caused charged.
- The key must be returned on departure, otherwise a fee will occur.
- We are not responsible for lost items.
Comfort policy
- We assume that all visitors make it pleasant for our other guests and behave civilized during their stay.
- We reserve the right to refuse guests who previously acted recklessly.

- We care about you as a customer and guest of ours, which means that we always handle your personal data responsibly and with respect for your privacy. Personal data are treated primarily for the fulfillment of tenancy agreements and as a result of legal obligations in general. Other Info
- Rental is by semester during winter (low season) and weekly or daily during the summer (high season).In the house we have one single room, five two bedrooms and one three bed room.
- Check in from 15.00pm Check out at 11.00am.
- It is possible to rent bed linens during the stay.
- We also rent to students during the spring and fall semester.
- Breakfast is not served. Guests are able to use a fully operational kitchen.
